Danelectro Surf & Turf: This pedal is cheap in every way. The knobs seriously look like they came from a little kid's toy. It has one redeeming quality: there is very little rolloff of highs or lows. But the compression action is mediocre and the noise level is a bit too high. The footswitch is crappy. There's no reason to ever buy one of these--just save up a few dollars more for one of the other cheap ones I do recommend instead.
